Book/Inquire on Date

Use this form to book (or inquire about availability on) a date for a Personal Day Retreat1 or for a standalone experience2. Click for experience descriptions & costs.

  1. includes choice of any one experience, which can be decided anytime up until a week prior to date
  2. only certain experiences (listed on form below) are available on their own; ALL experiences are available for inclusion in a Personal Day Retreat

Instructions

  1. Complete form below indicating preferred date; include alternate(s) if possible.
  2. For booking inquiry, you will receive notification (usually within a day) of availability.
  3. For booking request, if your date is available you will receive an invoice confirming cost and booking details, along with payment instructions, and your date will be held for 3 days.
  4. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a reservation confirmation and payment receipt.

This is not a live booking interface. The drop-down calendar is simply a date picker, not showing current availability.
