Order a Gift Certificate

Use this form to order a Gift Certificate for a Personal Day Retreat, which includes choice of any one experience (can be selected after certificate is redeemed to reserve a date).

Instructions

  1. Review usage Terms shown on the sample Gift Certificate.
  2. Complete form below. (Note: validity period must begin in same year as purchase.)
  3. You will receive, usually within one day, an invoice confirming details and cost along with payment instructions.
  4. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a payment receipt and PDF version of Gift Certificate.
