Seen The Bumper Sticker Around?

The sticker grew out of my first blog post (aka “pondering”), which focuses in on the notion that we can get so wrapped up in upgrading this or that or whatever to something better that we can lose sight of all that we do have. Subsequent to that, I wrote a post about the value of actually writing down what one is grateful for.

To say so myself… yes, yes, I know, I’m lauding my own quote… “the easiest (and cheapest) upgrade is gratitude” strikes me as both highly instructive on a personal level as well as insightful on a societal level. Use the comment form below to let me know what it makes you think, or feel, or both.

I don’t sell the bumper sticker, but I do give one to each person who comes for a SoulTrail day retreat as a take-away they can wear (well your car can wear it lol) and declare to the world the power of gratitude.

The best kind of gift, whether to a good friend or to yourself, is an experience not a thing–the personal day retreat is both priceless and affordable.
