OSFN Nature Therapy Walk

Thursday, August 22 at 12:30 for approx 2½ hours. Ready to try experiencing nature in a different way? This gently-structured practice weaves together spending slow time in woodland areas, nature exploration, and elements of mindfulness to cultivate peace and calm while experiencing the natural world at a sensory level. Distance: 1.5 km Pace: Leisurely. Terrain: Easy.

This event is organized for Owen Sound Field Naturalists. There is no cost. Maximum 12 participants. Cancelled if high likelihood of rain or severe weather forecast. Location: Keady/Desboro area.
