This experience is all about understanding yourself better, but it isn’t simply a “test them and tell them” exercise. Yes, you will determine which of the 16 MBTI personality “types” best reflects you, but you will also gain insight into all the type dimensions so that you can also better understand and interrelate with others–whether they are more, or less, similar to you.
You will complete an official authorized version of the MBTI, one of the most widely-used personality assessments in the world, followed by some interactive exercises that will guide you through making a prediction on your own type in advance of reviewing your results profile. With your subjective self-assessment plus the objective test results, you will have a more comprehensive vantage point on your personality and how you characteristically interact with the people, information and things in the world around you.
You will gain valuable insight on the characteristics, needs, skills, values, strengths and potential challenges of your particular type, including where you sit on the introvert-extravert spectrum and what might best energize you from that place. Within the time available, you will have opportunity to discuss applications of personality type to career, family, relationships, conflict and communication, or whatever is most relevant to what’s on your path. (*Duration includes assessment completion time.)
