Yoga: BEGINNER Asana

This class is a great option if you have had a bit of exposure to yoga asana (doing the poses) and would like to improve your practice of basic poses you have tried so far, and perhaps learn a few more of some of the common ones.

A custom yoga class will be developed based on the background, goals and preferences you (and anyone accompanying you) indicate on your Student Intake Form, suitable to your level and experience.

Following the class you will receive PDF versions of detailed tip sheets for each of the poses you did, to complement your practice and serve as an aide-memoire. These exclusive tip sheets have been developed by your yoga teacher so will clearly reflect the instruction and guidance from your class experience. To see examples, visit the Selected Poses page.

PREPARATION

What to wear. Lose or elastic clothing that permits free movement plus a warmer layer (e.g., sweater, hoodie, etc.) for portions of the class when you are less mobile.

What to bring. If you have a yoga mat of your own, bring it, along with a blanket and blocks if you have your own. Yoga mats can be provided on request. If this is your first SoulTrail Yoga class, to make best use of time please download & print, read & sign, and bring these 2 forms with you.
